Unlike some companies, we clearly display our Terms and Conditions and our registered address, but most of all we only supply units with Philips TL01/PL01 narrowband tubes. Giving you the best results and safest treatments. (some companies will supply units with other tubes – always ask !).
Our Service
We will always do our best to help and advise you, and we have put together a guide to help you understand what UVB Treatment is and what it involves. We also have our helpline which is open during normal office hours and this service is always available to you – before, during and after you make your decision to purchase a unit. We realise that this is a significant investment for you and it’s important you make the right decision and buy the best unit with market leading Philips TL01 Narrowband Tubes from the right company.

We would always advise that you consult with your Doctor or Dermatologist before and during your treatments. Do not take medical advice from anyone else; you may end up with an inferior product – most Doctors will only recommend Philips TL01 to treat psoriasis and vitiligo, and no other tube.
We are happy to offer our specialist product knowledge to help you choose the right unit for your condition. Our devices have helped many people to improve the quality of their lives – keeping their skin conditions under control with UVB Narrowband Light Treatment.
Our Guarantees
We guarantee that all our canopies and cabinets will be delivered free with full setup and installation. You will be contacted by our Delivery team within 10 working days of us processing your order for 98% of Great Britain (see Delivery section of our Terms and Conditions page for list of locations not included).
We guarantee that orders for mini, hand held units, and tubes will be dispatched (fully insured) by carrier within 2 working days (maximum).
We guarantee that if you wish to return the unit, for whatever reason, within 10 days after delivery we will refund your full purchase price without question as long as the unit is returned to us undamaged and unused – this is in addition to your legal rights.
We guarantee encrypted secure card payment system through Worldpay/Cardsave. We are certified by Worldpay as compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard.
We guarantee all our units contain genuine Philips TL01/PL01 UVB Narrowband Tubes as used in most hospitals. We do not import or re-brand tubes – all our tubes are sourced in the UK. All our units (except Hand Held model made in Germany) are manufactured in the UK.
We guarantee that we are registered with the Office of Fair Trading and the F.C.A. and are authorised to offer you financial services. We are also registered with the D.P.R (Data Protection) and can guarantee your personal details will be safe. We do not pass your information onto any other organisations.
Our company have been helping people to access n-UVB phototherapy in their own homes since 1996. Even though our business has moved on to an e-commerce platform, we recognise that most of our customers value the personal service that buying on the internet lacks. We also recognise that many of our customers value our experience and look to us for advice.
